We may have briefly abandoned the camp site yesterday evening but what an occasion seeing Sam piped across the Michael Davitt Bridge onto Achill Island by representatives of 6 different pipe bands, and with All Ireland Winners Jack Carney, Donnacha Mc Hugh and Diarmuid O Connor 🏆

It has been an incredible couple of weeks in our amazing county 💚❤️

5th Annual Mchale Memorial Tractor, Car, and Truck Run
Date: Saturday, 29 August 2026
Registration: 11 AM
Location: Nevins Newfield Inn, F28 56K1

All proceeds will be split between two great causes-

Croí Heart & Stroke Charity, aim is to lead the fight against heart disease and stroke, with a particular focus on the West of Ireland, majority of their work is funded by fundraising events

St. Brendan's Village, Mulranny – a not-for-profit high-support unit providing essential care in Mulranny

Runs will begin and end at Nevins Newfield Inn. Tractors and Cars/Trucks have separate routes, these will be posted closer to the day.

There will also be a raffle and music following the run in Nevin’s Courtyard.
Delighted to have Paddy Garvin from 3pm
followed by Kathlyn and Maeve from 8pm

Please spread the word, and hopefully we’ll have a great day out remembering Pat, Frank and Dave💛
All cars/ tractors/ trucks welcome!!

Sponsorship of raffle prizes would be greatly appreciated ☺️

🚫Please no messing, - no burnouts/rings for the duration of the run as it will ruin the day and the possibility of future runs.
