For over 100 years the Pier Head Hotel, Spa & Leisure Centre has been offering a relaxing coastal getaway with spectacular harbour and ocean views. The hotel’s building dates back to the early 1800’s and current owners the McHugh family took ownership of the hotel in the early 1900’s. Renovated in 2005, the Pier Head Hotel, Spa & Leisure Centre is a welcoming 3-star hotel complete with 40 ensuite bedrooms, Nimmo’s Bar & Lounge, Quay Bar & Restaurant, Pier Perfection Beauty & Hair Salon, Leisure Centre and Atlantic Way Gift Shop. The interior design of the hotel fuses modern clean lines, warm colours and vibrant textures. Most guest bedrooms enjoy magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, Dartry mountains or Mullaghmore harbour. Our Quay Bar & Restaurant is a place to relax, dine and drink, where coastal heritage meets big wave surfing. Our Clashybann Restaurant is perched on the water’s edge of the property and overlooks Donegal bay.
