Inspired by the nearby Slieve Bloom Mountains, Blooms is a celebration of locality, seasonality and the landscapes that define Laois.

The cocktail menu takes inspiration from the changing seasons, using fresh botanicals, orchard fruits, herbs, florals and locally inspired ingredients to create drinks that reflect the Irish countryside. Each cocktail combines great flavours, thoughtful storytelling and elegant presentation.
