Every big day has people you’ll never see in the photographs, and these are ours 📷

Our wedding and events team is there before the first guest arrives and long after the last dance. The duty manager keeps every moment on time. The waiting staff remember who takes milk, who needs a quiet corner and who is about to give a speech.

Weddings, anniversaries, christenings and milestone birthdays: whatever you’re celebrating, they make it feel effortless, and they’re the reason so many guests come back.

Today we’re taking a moment to celebrate them. (And yes, a few couldn’t resist the photobooth before the doors opened 😎)

Happy 1st Wedding Anniversary, Lisa and Shane! 🥂

One year ago today, we had the absolute joy of hosting the beautiful wedding of Lisa and Shane, now Mr & Mrs Lynch, here at Castle Oaks House Hotel.

Their day was a wonderful celebration filled with love, laughter and unforgettable memories, all set against the romantic backdrop of the River Shannon.

We feel truly honoured to have been part of their special day, and we're wishing Mr & Mrs Lynch many more years of happiness, love and cherished memories together 💕

Amy & Adrian, Mr & Mrs Hennessey – 3rd October ✨

We were delighted to welcome Amy and Adrian, now Mr & Mrs Hennessey, to Castle Oaks House Hotel to celebrate their beautiful wedding day. ❤️

Their special day began with a beautiful ceremony in our Garden Marquee, creating a romantic setting as they exchanged their vows surrounded by family and friends.

The celebrations continued in our Stradbally Suite, where Amy and Adrian enjoyed a wonderful evening surrounded by their loved ones – including their two boys, Shea and Flynn, who made the day even more special. ✨

It was a day filled with love, happiness, laughter and unforgettable memories, and it was an absolute pleasure to be part of such a special family celebration.
