Meet chef Steph!

Dining at Ross Castle is an experience in itself. Steph, our holistic chef and nutritional therapist, holds a degree in botanical cuisine and creates seasonal menus designed around the castle, the lough, and the time of year. Everything is prepared fresh in the castle kitchen, using locally sourced and foraged ingredients wherever possible.

Steph is also our resident yoga teacher. She leads private classes and retreats on the castle grounds, and guides foraging walks along the shores of Lough Sheelin, gathering the wild greens that often find their way onto the evening menu.
