Wishing all our guests a very happy Easter. It’s quite a busy weekend here as we’ve just opened officially and it’s all good so far!! We’re currently open for booking online and it’s been a crazy week with so many reservations being made in the past 7 days for the upcoming summer season 😅. So if you’re planning on exploring the Wild Atlantic Way 🇮🇪 this year go ahead and book with us here at Whitaker lodge. We’re located between Swinford & Foxford in Co Mayo. Ideal base for exploring the west of Ireland, 10 minutes from Knock Airport, and less than 25 minutes to Castlebar, Ballina, Claremorris… Westport is just over 30 minutes from here and Enniscrone beach is also just about 30 minutes drive. There’s fantastic fishing tourism here also with the river Moy practically on the doorstep 🐟. So whatever you’re interested in the West of Ireland has an abundance of activities to enjoy.
