Today, we’re celebrating a special milestone as Bayo marks 5 years at Dooley’s Hotel! 🎉

Bayo is our Duty Manager for the breakfast shift, and his day starts bright and early, opening the restaurant and making sure breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently. From lunch service to staff training, placing orders and taking care of admin, there’s never a dull moment!

🍲 Favourite dish on the Dooley’s menu? Our seafood chowder!

🍽️ Favourite place to eat in Waterford? Everett’s Restaurant!

🧬 One professional skill he’d love to master? Bioscience! Bayo studied it in college before changing direction, but it’s still an interest of his.

❤️ What does he love most about hospitality? The opportunities to grow and progress in his career, work his way up the ladder, and, most importantly, meet and interact with people every day. For Bayo, it’s the people that make the job so rewarding!
