It was a privilege to host Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney at The Grace, Westport Estate during his visit to Mayo.

With deep ancestral roots in this region, the occasion carried a special significance. We were truly honoured to be entrusted with welcoming the Prime Minister and his team, and to play a small part in recognising the enduring connection between Canada and the West of Ireland.

It was a pleasure to welcome the North American team from Tourism Ireland to The Grace, Westport Estate last week.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share the beauty, character and warmth of the North West of Ireland, from an arrival through the estate led by Irish Wolfhounds to discovering the stories and charm of the town with Westport Walking Tours.

We look forward to continuing to working together in showcasing Westport and the West of Ireland.
