The Shtarkman Erna Hotel, previously known as the “Erna Hotel”, has recently been renovated and refurbished. The Erna Hotel was founded in 1959 and has always been a pastoral vacation spot for foreign tourists, families and serenity-loving individuals. The hotel is located in one of the quiet and luxurious areas of Nahariya, within walking distance of the sea, the pro
menade and the center of town. The Shtarkman Erna Hotel includes 30 well-kept and pleasant guest rooms, out of which a new wing of rooms was built reflecting an ambiance that is both historic and pampering. During the recent renovation by the designer Batya Buchnik, some of the old items of the German founders of the hotel were restored and renewed. A collection of items from that period are placed throughout the hotel, from pictures and books to music from the first days of Nahariya. The lobby and dining room create a calming and cultured European atmosphere, in addition to which there is a charming and private garden for the guests to enjoy. A wholesome and filling Israeli breakfast is served daily in the hotel dining room.
