A corporate professional looking for a quick lunch, a family spending an evening at a mall, a student eating on campus every day, and a traveller stopping along a highway all bring different needs, behaviours and expectations.

That changes everything; from peak hours and price points to cuisine mix, service format and ultimately, the brands that belong in that space.
