few years ago, the local Panchayat distributed fruit saplings to our community, and we were fortunate to receive ours through the kind support of our respected Mamata Madam. Today, looking at these gorgeous, massive lemons grown right here in our garden fills us with so much pride and joy! TENAM Garden Tenam Garden Holistic Homestay

We loved having Mr. Digonta Bordoloi stay with us at Tenam Garden Holistic Homestay for the last 4 days! "Diggy" is truly such a lovely, wonderful soul, and having him around was an absolute pleasure.
Did you know he’s also an author? He wrote Second World War Sandwich and SLOW, both available now on Amazon.
We’ve already ordered our copies and can’t wait for Diggy to visit us again so he can sign them. Check out this quick video clip about his book and make sure to head over to Amazon to grab your own copies of his books!

CHEESY CHICKEN-STUFFED SHIITAKE SUPREME*
Freshly sourced from Relimai Retreat, Kalimpong

These aren't just any mushrooms — growing Shiitake is a work of pure patience and love. It takes months of care, perfect humidity, temperature & dedication to grow just one batch. And you can TASTE that effort! So meaty, fresh and absolutely delicious.
Binita Rai turned them into this continental beauty — *Cheesy Chicken-Stuffed Shiitake Supreme* — juicy chicken mince stuffed inside fresh shiitake caps and layered with melted cheese. 🤤🧀

Trust me, the flavour is next level!

If you want fresh, homegrown Shiitake for yourself, you can contact *Sujata* directly. Highly recommended!
