Woke up to this view and forgot to even pick up my phone for five minutes.

This is Poombarai, Kodaikanal. Not the lake, not Coakers walk, not the spot every tourist photo looks the same. This is the quiet side of the hills. Terrace farms cut into the slopes, garlic fields, and valley views that go on till the clouds eat them up.

We rode out early morning from our tent stay. Cold air, empty road, mist sitting right on the curves. Stopped at a small local shop for hot maggi and bread toast, the kind that actually tastes better when your hands are freezing. Met a few local riders on the way too. Good people, good morning.
