Glimpses from the launch of Coco Theater at Fairmont Mumbai — an afternoon of creativity, chocolate and craft. Chef Pradeep took guests through the bean-to-bar journey, sharing the craft behind our authentic artisanal chocolates, curated in-house by Fairmont Mumbai’s chefs. Guests also explored chocolate art, painting their own edible chocolate bark, followed by an afternoon high tea.
