Today, we remember our ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐‹๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐Œ๐ซ๐ฌ. ๐’๐š๐๐ก๐š๐ง๐š ๐‘๐š๐ข, the visionary behind ๐„๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐‡๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐, a leader who built this organisation on something far deeper than business. For her, hospitality wasnโ€™t about transactions, it was about leaving smiles on peopleโ€™s faces.

When our first hotel opened in 1993, the idea was simple. Create a space where people feel genuinely welcomed, cared for and at ease - not just guests, but everyone who walks through the doors. Every decision was rooted in intention, with people always coming first and quality valued over scale. That thinking continues to shape us even today.

Deeply respected and loved, Mrs. Rai left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. And while she may not be with us today, her values continue to live on in everything we do.
