Before you give a restaurant one star… pause for a second. ⭐

Was the food actually bad?

Or was your order delayed because the kitchen was packed?

Was the staff rude?

Or were they handling five tables at once?

Was the dish disappointing?

Or was it simply not your taste?

We’re not saying restaurants should get a free pass.
Good service and good food absolutely matter.

But behind every plate is a chef, a kitchen team, servers, cleaners and a whole bunch of people trying to make your experience better.
