The head gear, the horn bill feathers and the spears symbolizes our forefather’s in action for uplifting and protecting the welfare of the society. The central purpose of the organization is expressed in its motto” Youth in action” by which the youth of the colony are encouraged to grow continually in all areas of life and where the youth will be action for the all round upliftmen
t of the colony. Midland youth organization, Wokha is a Government registered under Home Department with a registration numbered as (HOME/SRC-6694( SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY FOUR) under section 3 of the Nagaland Societies Registration(Nagaland third Amendment) Act.2008. Youth organization of Midland colony under Wokha District was established in year 2009 with the initiative of the elders of the colony. The need to form the organization was thus formed and registered with government of Nagaland on –Dated Kohima the 31st March’ 2014. AIMS & OBJECTIVES:-
1. To encourage youth of the colony for all round development.
2. To provide peaceful co-existence in the colony.
3. To encourage students of the colony for higher achievement.
4. To encourage youth of the colony in participation of social work.
5. To provide divergent channels for expression and development of individual interest through variety of programmes and hobbies.
