With over 20 years of culinary leadership across prestigious five-star hotels in the Middle East, Chef Azzam brings a wealth of experience in kitchen operations, culinary strategy, team leadership, quality, and guest-focused dining. His distinguished career includes leading culinary teams at renowned properties including Le Royal Amman, Sofitel Al Khobar, and most recently, Erbil Rotana.

At Erbil International Hotel, Chef Azzam will lead our culinary team with his passion for excellence, creativity, and uncompromising standards, bringing new flavours, experiences, and inspiration to our guests.
