C’è sempre un’altra cosa da fare. Una mail, una scadenza e finisce che c’è sempre una task da chiudere prima che tu ti prenda una pausa. Te lo ripeti da settimane e in un attimo è già estate. E la tua pausa?
Il fatto è che a volte staccare è difficile, e riuscire a farlo a casa non è automatico: è lì che vivi il lavoro, le faccende e tutta la routine.
