🔵C’è qualcosa che sta per tornare dalle profondità del tempo… 🌊🐟
❓Sapevi che ad Azzano d’Asti, milioni di anni fa, c’era il mare?
🪧Durante il Pliocene (tra 5,3 e 2,6 milioni di anni fa) questa zona era sommersa da un grande mare. Qui nuotavano balene, delfini, squali e molluschi… oggi ce lo raccontano i fossili ritrovati nel territorio.

🥂E tra poco, proprio qui, il profumo del mare sta per tornare con una nuova apertura tutta da scoprire..

Nel lontano 1275, come testimoniato dal cronista Guglielmo Ventura, nasceva una gemma nascosta nel cuore del Piemonte che ancora oggi fa ba***re i cuori degli italiani: il Palio di Asti.

Mentre tutti conoscono il famoso Palio di Siena, pochi sanno che la più antica corsa di cavalli d'Italia ancora in attività si svolge proprio ad Asti. Una tradizione che precede di 35 anni il suo celebre "cugino" toscano, nato nel 1310, e che affonda le sue radici nelle celebrazioni patronali di San Secondo.

Dopo quasi otto secoli, il rombo degli zoccoli continua a risuonare nelle vie di Asti, portando con sé l'eco di generazioni di storie, passioni e sfide. Un tesoro italiano che, attraverso rivalità e orgoglio cittadino, continua a far correre la storia nelle nostre strade.
