Our house has a long family history, is run by the second generation and we would be happy to tell you more about it. The holiday region Kronplatz and our central location in the heart of the Dolomites is an ideal starting point for sports activities and pleasurable experiences. Host Peter also likes to invite his guests to hikes, mountain bike tours, ski tours, wine tastings in our own wine cellar with a selection of more than 400 wines and in the evening he is always happy to meet guests for a chat at the bar. Ein flauschiger Bademantel, warmes Zirbenholz, die Stille im Zimmer.

Quella concentrazione, quell'ultimo gesto prima che un piatto lasci la cucina – è esattamente quello che si assapora alla fine. Niente lasciato al caso. 𝙏𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙖. 🌿

Und was hat die Farbe mit dem Geschmack zu tun? Alles. Die goldbraune Kruste, das satte Grün der Zucchini, das tiefe Orange der Tomaten – wer genau hinschaut, schmeckt es schon mit den Augen. Beim Grillen entscheidet die Farbe, wann der perfekte Moment gekommen ist. 😄
Zu früh vom Grill? Zu wenig Aroma.
Genau richtig? Unvergesslich.

Ab hier zählt nur noch, was Dir guttut: ein Kaffee im Garten, ein Sprung ins Wasser, ein Blick auf die Berge. Und die Frage, ob Du überhaupt schon auspacken willst. 😊

Da qui conta soltanto ciò che ti fa stare bene: un caffè in giardino, un tuffo in piscina, uno sguardo verso le montagne. E la domanda se hai davvero voglia di disfare le valigie. 😊

Unser Kaffee kommt aus der eigenen Rösterei – der ersten im Pustertal. Peter röstet die Bohnen selbst, mahlt sie direkt und verpackt jede Packung von Hand.
Klingt aufwendig? Ist es auch. Aber man schmeckt jeden einzelnen Schritt. 🌿
Übrigens: Unseren Kaffee könnt Ihr auch mit nach Hause nehmen – fragt einfach an der Rezeption. 😊

E poi: il nostro caffè potete portarvelo anche a casa – chiedete alla reception. 😊
