In the church of the Certosa di San Giacomo in Capri, the solo exhibition “Tu sei un’isola” by Roberto di Alicudi roberto c.l., curated by Elena Cera, is currently underway.

Through a selection of paintings on antique glass, the artist brings to life a Capri imagery made of mythological and historical figures, in an overlapping of eras and imaginations.

Capri, with its kaleidoscopic nature, is a place where the sacred continuously meets the profane. For the artist, the island reveals itself endlessly through a multitude of fragments that make up an unparalleled human landscape.
