respecting the tradition of Southern Piedmont. Most of the cooking still happens on the wood fire stove from 1952,
and the attention to the quality of the ingredients means a constant
selection of the supplies. Tradition and respect for the cycle of seasons
are the keywords. Today, as ever, the management is in the hands of the Milano family, now
in its fifth generation with Massimo and Federica. HOSPITALITY
The restaurant has a dining room for about thirty guests. The quiet rooms
of the hotel are there for those who, after a pleasant dinner, don¹t want
to go on the road again.

In questo piatto non rincorriamo la fretta, ma la purezza dei contrasti: alla base ci sono i pomodori lavorati per preservare la loro acidità vibrante, fresca e pulita.

Sopra, l’incontro con le verdure degli orti del Monferrato, scottate per un solo istante: uno shock termico millimetrico che ne mantiene la croccantezza🥒🥕.
