September begins before sunrise.
For Albino, the first harvest is a precise gesture: Sangiovese is picked early, by hand,
while freshness and aromatic tension are still intact. From red grapes comes a wine of
luminous character - white flowers, Mediterranean notes, delicate fruit and a vibrant
mineral finish.
The new season begins here, among quiet rows, careful hands and the promise held inside every bunch.

Born from the oldest vineyard of Il Cellese, planted in 1960, Sor Bruno is a Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG made from 100% Sangiovese grapes.
A wine of remarkable structure and depth, shaped by a long ageing process in French oak and refined in bottle inside our underground tunnels carved into the Tuscan tuff.

Created for moments of contemplation, Sor Bruno reveals its character slowly—expressing the patience, dedication and identity of Il Cellese in every glass.

At the Il Cellese Wine Atelier, wine becomes a deeply personal creation. Guided by our winemaker, guests embark on a sensory journey through different grape varieties and carefully selected crus, exploring a range of possible blends.
Inside an intimate private room crafted from wood and glass, each guest tastes, compares and chooses the combination that best reflects their personal preference. The final blend is then recorded and transformed into an exclusive production of private-label bottles.
A bespoke wine, created at Il Cellese and delivered directly to the client: a unique expression of taste, identity and memory.
