Identità Milano 2026 🔥 A proud moment for all of us!

Our Executive Chef Aggeliki Charami has successfully taken part in Food Congress Identità Milano 2026 Identità Golose as an invited Chef on the Stand Media Gourmet | Reporter Gourmet Italia representing our Vegan Hotel Paradiso Pure.Living and OMNIA Plant-Based Restaurant

For the congress, Chef presented “Fumo delle Alpi”, a contemporary vegan fine dining dish - souvlaki built around six wild mushrooms: chanterelles, morels, shiitake, king oyster mushrooms, champignons, and chicken of the woods, resting on a young house-made pistachio miso aged for four months. A dish that speaks the language of OMNIA: wild, mountain-inspired, deeply plant-based, precise, and emotional.

We are deeply grateful to our team for being such a strong and trusted presence throughout this journey. And a heartfelt thank you to Media Gourmet and Reporter Gourmet Italia for the invitation and for the honor of representing your stand at Identità Golose.

Moments like this prove that an ethical vision born high above the clouds in the Dolomites can travel far and still remain true to itself.

❗️We are hiring! 🌿 Paradiso Pure.Living Vegan Hotel (The Dolomites, South Tyrol, Italy) is looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable staff members for the Season 2026. Vegan or open to a vegan approach.

Currently open position:
🌿 ⁠BARTENDER with experience in fine dining establishments

Requirements & Conditions:
• Season: June – October 2026 (seasonal contract).
• Food and accommodation are provided (mostly in double rooms; no pets allowed).
• EU citizens / or a working permit in Italy is mandatory.
• Previous experience is required.
• Languages: English and Italian.
• Preference will be given to vegan applicants.
