Be prepared to remain speechless: up here the landscape is truly amazing. The beech woods alternate with high altitude pastures where the cattle moves to on hot summer days. One of the most fascinating mountain pastures to visit are the Prade Garfagnine: an extensive grassland rich with cherry trees, dotted with huts and small stone buildings where, at one time, hay, vegetables and cereals were produced.

Preparati a rimanere a bocca aperta: quassù il paesaggio è davvero stupefacente. I boschi di faggio si alternano a pascoli d’alta quota, in cui il bestiame si sposta nei caldi giorni estivi. Uno degli alpeggi più affascinanti da visitare sono le Prade Garfagnine: un ampio prato ricco di ciliegi, punteggiato da capanne e piccole costruzioni in pietra, in cui, un tempo, si produceva fieno, ortaggi, cereali...
