Very close to the beach. Four beds, a kitchen suitable for families or for business stays. Within a few minutes you can reach the airport without going through the city center. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with crockery with the possibility of preparing meals, appliances: fridge, washing machine, tv. It also has a bath and a bedding.
It is only a few hundred meters from the sea with private and free solarium, on the seafront of Catania where there are pizzeria restaurants. The beach can be reached by car and it is about 20 minutes from the apartment. The price, depending on the season, ranges from a minimum of 40 euros per night to a maximum of 60 euros per night.
Added services: car rental, bicycle, shuttle service, guided tours in city center and out of town.
Additional services: welcome drink with typical Sicilian specialties, prosecco and fresh fruit, zibibbo and typical biscuits.

casa vacanze in citta'vicinissima al mare. Quattro posti letto, cucina sogiorno bagno ideale per famiglie o per soggiorni di lavoro. Raggiungibile in pochi minuti dall'aeroporto senza passare dal centro citta'.L'appartamento dispone di angolo cottura attrezzato di stoviglie con la possibilità di preparare i pasti,elettrodomestici:frigo,lavabiancheria,tv. Dispone inoltre di biancheria da bagno e da letto.
Dista poche centinaia di metri dal mare atrezzato con solarium privati e liberi, sul lungomare di Catania dove si trovano bar pizzerie ristoranti. La spiaggia puo' essere raggiunta in auto e dista circa 20 minuti dall'appartamento.Il prezzo, in base alla stagione, varia da un minimo di 40 euro a notte ad un massimo di 60 euro a notte.
Servizi aggiunti: noleggio auto, bici, servizio navetta, tour guidati in centro citta' e fuori città.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen, bathroom, kitchen equipped to cook, fridge, washing machine, tv. If you have any additional requests such as finding ready-made meals or meals you can find in the fridge I am available to please you. You can also book the shuttle service from the airport to your home and if you want a visit to the catania center at the most important sites or buy fish at the '' escheria '' market or be accompanied by typical restaurants in the historic center or in beach. The cliff is reached by foot from the house and is a few hundred meters away, the beach is further away and is located outside the town over the harbor and serve the means to reach it. You can also book excursions on the etna with the cable car or a day visit to Taormina, Syracuse, well-known, Marzamemi with sack lunch and guide. Salve mi chiamo Piera e mi occupo della gestione di casa timoleone a catania. vi ringrazio per averci scelto e sono lieta di ospitarvi presso il mio appartamento. il mio tel e 3701270777 mail [email protected]. potete contattarmi in anticipo per l'ora di arrivo e la consegna delle chiavi e anche per comunicarmi eventuali richieste specifiche non comprese nella prenotazione. l'appartamento e dotato di biancheria da letto, da bagno, cucina attrezzata per poter cucinare, frigo, lavabiancheria,tv. se avete richieste aggiuntive come per esempio trovare la cena pronta o degli alimenti da trovare gia in frigo io sono disponibile ad accontentarvi. inoltre potete prenotare il servizio navetta dall'aeroporto fino a casa e se volete la visita accompagnata per il centro di catania presso i siti piu importanti o comprare il pesce al mercato '' escheria '' o essere accompagnati presso tipici ristoranti in centro storico o in spiaggia. la scogliera si raggiunge a piedi da casa e dista poche centinaia di metri,la spiaggia e piu distante e si trova fuori dal centro abitato oltre il porto e servono i mezzi per raggiungerla. inoltre potete prenotare escursioni sull'etna con la funivia oppure visita di un giorno a taormina,siracusa, noto,marzamemi con pranzo a sacco e guida. qualora siete interessati ai sevizi aggiuntivi prego comunicarlo in anticipo tramite mail
