Located 500 metres from Lake Garda shores, halfway between Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda, B&B Garda 4U offers rooms with garden-view patio.

Excellent position that takes the best of Desenzano and Sirmione. 12 km from Gardaland and 10 minutes drive from Sirmione centre and 1.5 Km from Sirmione SPA. The B&B is surrounded by garden area and it's very closed to the lake (800mt). A Big supermarket that is open 7 on 7 is just placed in front of it. The B&B has got 3 rooms and can host a maximum of 9 guests. The Royal room is the biggest one

and can host till 4 persons. It has a huge private bathroom. The room has one king size bed and a sofa bed that open reach 160x200. It also has an arcade with sofas outdoor. Intercontinental breakfast is served in the common area from 08.30 till 10.00 a.m.

A couple stayed with us last summer. They came for 3 nights and extended to 6.

They said it was the first holiday in years where they actually switched off.

No big resort crowds. No noise. Just the lake, the room, and each other.

That's what a small property gives you that a hotel never can.
