Picturesque lake view apartment within a former convent located in the pedestrian zone of the old town. Just a few steps from the lake promenade and the tourist attractions.
It is composed of a spacious and bright living area with full equipped kitchen, dining room with 800 furniture and Persian carpets; a living room with double sofa bed overlooking the Lake; bedroom with large wardrobe on measure; bathroom with bathtub, wc and bidet; air conditioning; communitary garden with lake view and table with Pergola.

The Garda Lake offers many activities. A few steps from the apartment there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cafes and pubs.
Bicycle rental downstairs.
The Lake offers beaches, sailing, wind surfing and ferries.
Desenzano is located a few kilometers from the beautiful Sirmione, Lake amusement parks such as Gardaland and Caneva and from Verona.

I live in the same street, I grew up here on the Lake and I will always be available and happy to advise and to help getting organized any activitiy.
