Un appartamento che unisce anima coloniale e gusto contemporaneo, dove ogni scelta è stata fatta con calma, passione e una quantità quasi ossessiva di amore per i dettagli.

Qui convivono materiali autentici, arredi su misura, luci scenografiche e pezzi recuperati con una storia tutta loro.
Le antiche porte restaurate, il muro in pietra originale, il parquet caldo, gli elementi vintage mescolati a linee più pulite e contemporanee… tutto è pensato per creare un’atmosfera elegante ma vissuta, raffinata ma accogliente.

E poi c’è la luce.
Curata interamente da , che ha trasformato ogni angolo in qualcosa di intimo, teatrale e incredibilmente fiorentino. 💡

Ma la verità è che Pitti 8 per noi non è speciale solo perché è bella.
Lo è perché dentro queste stanze ci sono ricordi veri.
Valentina ha vissuto qui durante gli anni dell’università, e forse è anche per questo che questa casa ha un’anima così particolare: perché è stata amata davvero, prima ancora di diventare un luogo da condividere.

E poi vogliamo parlare della vista?
Aprire le finestre e sentirsi nel cuore più autentico di Firenze è una di quelle cose che non stancano mai.

Pitti 8 non è semplicemente un appartamento.
È un piccolo mondo fatto di estetica, memoria, ricerca e accoglienza.
Ed è esattamente il modo in cui ci piace farvi vivere le nostre case. 🤍

The Dolomites have a way of slowing you down that's entirely their own. Morning air that smells like pine and dew. Panoramic roads where every curve makes you pull over, even when you swore you wouldn't. Mountain huts where you stop "just for a coffee" and somehow end up watching the sunset from there.
Over the past few days we've been wandering some of our favorite spots around Cortina, and kept thinking: everyone should do this at least once ⛰️✨
So we put together a 4-day itinerary, the kind that shows the Dolomites the way we love them most: unhurried, unscheduled, with muddy boots at the end of the day and that wonderful feeling of having truly switched off.

🗓 Day 1: Val di Funes, Santa Maddalena & Alpe di Siusi
Yes, they look like postcards. But seeing them in person hits completely differently.

🗓 Day 2: Passo Sella, Rifugio Friedrich August & Passo Giau
The cream-filled krapfen at Friedrich August is not optional. Just so you know.

🗓 Day 3: Prato Piazza
A slow walk through meadows, mountains, and completely free-range cows 🐄

🗓 Day 4: Lago di Braies & Lago di Anterselva
One famous and still breathtaking. The other quieter, less touristy, and the kind of place that stays with you.

If you're usually a summer-at-the-sea person, this trip might change your mind. The Dolomites don't ask you to slow down. They just make it happen.

Florence is one of those cities where food can be either unforgettable or deeply disappointing… or incredibly well.
And usually the difference is just knowing where to go.

So after many weekends, late dinners, slow brunches and random aperitivos that turned into full evenings, we put together some of our favorite spots around the city 🍷
Places where we actually go back.
