With a combined 40 rooms and suites filled with extraordinary works of art and unique decoration, the five-star urban resort overlooks Florence's Duomo and provides the ultimate experience in privacy, comfort and outdoor spaces. Stocked with fresh produce from the property’s organic garden, restaurant Giacomo al Salviatino takes a modern look at traditional local cuisine and ingredients to serve an authentic Tuscan culinary experience. The setting for this gastronomic experience is the unparalleled view of Florence and its monuments, which guests can enjoy from the panoramic terrace. Our new SPA offers guests a haven of pure well-being dedicated to the care of the body and mind. As of late 2016, Il Salviatino is under the ownership of Tearose, founded in 1996 by Alessandra Rovati Vitali, pursuing her passion for the world of botany and with the aim of developing the art of floral composition in events and decorations in Italy. Today, Tearose Group is a unique world that combines events, hospitality, restaurants and lifestyle. Following the values of love and care related to nature and environment, the Tearose Universe aims to develop immersive artistic and cultural experiences in collaboration with the local opening it to an international circle.
