Florence has a talent for keeping its best corners hidden.

Behind our historic walls, the courtyard glows quietly as evening falls, a little secret made of terracotta, greenery and warm lights.

You just have to know where to look.

Some moments ask for silence. The last details, the soft rustle of a dress, Florence waiting somewhere beyond the window.
A room becomes a private stage for the beginning of something unforgettable.

And then, it’s time.

At Rivoli Boutique Hotel, details are crafted with heart, passion, and centuries of tradition.
We recently visited Ceramiche I.M.A. in Montelupo Fiorentino, a historic hub for Tuscan ceramic artistry. Stepping into their workshop was like stepping into a realm where time moves to the rhythm of master artisans’ hands. 🖌️👐
We are proud to share that our ceramic soap holders for our amenities line were handmade and painted right here by the skilled hands at I.M.A.
Swipe through the gallery and watch the video to take a glimpse behind the scenes, meet one of the owners, and discover the dedication behind every single piece.
Bringing authentic local craftsmanship to your stay. 🏨💛

A hidden back courtyard, just beyond the window. Quiet mornings, soft greenery, and the feeling of discovering a more private side of Florence, the one that reveals itself slowly.

A little Renaissance, served in a glass. 🍸

At Rivoli, history is never too far away, sometimes it simply joins you for aperitivo.

To Florence, to beauty, and to doing things with a little style.

In Florence, art doesn’t always ask you to enter a museum.

Sometimes it waits for you at the corner of a street, between historic façades, passing crowds and an artist capturing the city one brushstroke at a time.

Just another ordinary day in Florence. Which, here, is rarely ordinary.

Florence has always had a certain talent for details.

A flower, a pattern, a touch of colour, sometimes, that’s all it takes to make a room feel special.

And yes, we do believe flowers should match the décor.

Hidden from the streets of Florence, a little world of its own.

Terracotta, flowers, warm lights and tables waiting for long conversations. Our courtyard is one of those places you may discover by chance… and then keep coming back to.

Some things can only be made by hand.
In Florence, craftsmanship is still measured in gestures repeated with patience: sanding, brushing, gilding, refining. Every frame created in the workshop of Galleria Poggiali is the result of time, experience and an eye trained to recognise beauty in the smallest details.
At Rivoli Boutique Hotel, we are proud to collaborate with local artisans because they don’t simply create objects—they preserve a way of making that belongs to Florence itself Galleria Poggiali

Sometimes, the frame is as much a work of art as what it holds.
