Il casolare è stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo le proprie caratteristiche rustiche e conservando la pietra originale. I pavimenti sono in cotto umbro, i soffitti sono costituiti con tipiche travi e travicelli in legno a vista. I due alloggi principali sono al piano terra e sono serviti da ingressi indipendenti. Gli interni sono stati arredati direttamente dai proprietari che ne seguono personalmente la gestione e sono sempre a disposizione per rendere la vacanza il più piacevole possibile. Gli appartamenti sono disponibili tutto l'anno anche per brevi soggiorni e tutti sono dotati di riscaldamenti autonomi. The farmhouse has been recently restored with the intent to keep its rural characteristics and preserve the original stone. The broad terracotta-tiled flooring and the wood ceilings create a simple and pleasant ambience. The two main apartments on the ground floor have independent entrances; the other two, which you can reach by an outdoor stairway, are situated on the first floor. Three of our four apartments have: kitchen / living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The other one has: kitchen/living room, one bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The interiors have been furnished by the owners, who personally attend the management and are always at your disposal to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The apartments are always available throughout the year, also for short stays, and they all have an independent central heating.
