Nel centro storico di La Morra, dopo una lunga e sapiente ristrutturazione di una casa di fine ‘700, abbiamo dato vita a tre case vacanze. Abbiamo due bagni, due cucine, tre camere da letto e un terrazzo. La ristrutturazione è avvenuta rispettando lo stile e la tipicità delle classiche case piemontesi. Volte in mattoni a vista, arredamento elegante, cucine funzionali, letti in legno molto comodi.
Il terrazzo esterno, offre la possibilità di godere di uno splendido sole, e di trascorrere momenti tranquilli nelle fresche serate estive, distesi su comodi sdrai. Ma non finisce qui: a cinque chilometri dagli appartamenti abbiamo una bellissima area camping circondata dai vigneti per chiunque voglia godersi un periodo di relax immerso nel silenzio della natura. Infine, grazie alla cantina di nostro figlio "ALBERTO BALLARIN" (situata proprio accanto al campeggio), diamo la possibilità di degustare ottimi vini tipici tra cui ovviamente il re di tutti i vini, il Barolo.

Hi everyone!! We are Rosanna and Giorgio. Welcome to "LA ROSA NEL BORGO". In the historic centre of La Morra, after long and skilful renovations of a late 1700s house, we created three holiday homes. We have two bathrooms, two kitchens, three bedrooms and one terrace. The renovations were done so as to preserve the style of the traditional Piedmontese houses: exposed brick vaults, elegant furnishings, functional kitchens and comfortable wooden beds. The outdoor terrace enjoys plenty of sun during the day; in the cool summer evenings, it is the perfect place to spend relaxing moments on the comfortable lounging chairs. But it does not end here: five kilometers near the apartments we have a beautiful camping area surrounded by vineyards for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing period immersed in the silence of nature. Finally, thanks to the cellar of our son "ALBERTO BALLARIN" (located right next to the campsite), we give the opportunity to taste excellent typical wines including of course the king of all wines, the Barolo.
