🌾 Heuernte – einmal anders! 🌾

🌾 La fienagione… come una volta! 🌾

🌾 Haymaking – just like in the old days! 🌾

Today we harvested the hay the traditional way, just as it was done in the past. With plenty of manual work, experience, and passion, old farming traditions are kept alive. 💚

A glimpse into country life as it used to be, where every load of hay reflects hard work and a deep connection to nature.

🍓❤️🌿

🍓 Today we made a delicious batch of homemade red currant jam! Made from sun-ripened berries and prepared with lots of care, each jar captures a little taste of summer. 😊

The aroma of fresh fruit, the joy of preserving traditional recipes, and the pleasure of enjoying homemade treats are some of the things that make life on the farm so special. At Ferienhof Gschloier, authentic flavors and local traditions are always part of the experience. 🌞🥄
