Just the sound of birds, a gentle breeze through the olive trees, and a slow start to the day surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.

This is one of our favourite moments here at The Olive Grove: before the day begins, when everything feels calm, quiet, and wonderfully simple. 🌿☀️

Tomatoes, zucchini, basil, rosemary and chilli peppers 🌶️ (definitely chilli peppers... not chilli tomatoes. Neurobiologist by training, gardener by enthusiasm 😅).

It's a small garden, but it brings us enormous joy. There's something special about watching food grow under the Tuscan sun, just a few steps away from the apartments.

A little reminder that some of life's greatest luxuries are actually very simple. 🍅✨

Some days in Tuscany aren’t perfectly still.

The wind moves through the olive trees, the water dances in the whirlpool bath, the sky changes every minute…🌬️

…and somehow, it becomes even more beautiful.

This is the kind of day our guests save in their memory long after the trip is over:
