I cinque appartamenti, indipendenti, si trovano nel corpo principale. Sono dotati di lavatrice, BBQ port

atile e televisione satellitare. Il nr.1 dispone di dotazioni superiori. Ciascuno ha un'area esterna privata attrezzata.Ideale per gli amanti del golf (5km dal Montecatini Golf Club). Casa colonica "La Pescaia", a 13 km dal centro di Montecatini, a 7 km dal centro di Vinci, a 50 km dal centro di Firenze. In comune: parco 2 ha (recintato). Piscina (7 x 15 m, 08.05. -09. 10.), doccia esterna. Tennis, spazio giochi per bambini. Per uso privato: mobili da giardino. Cambio biancheria settimanale.
