🍇🍷 A Wonderful W**e Experience at Vigne Marrone, Abruzzo! 🇮🇹❤️

What a beautiful day discovering the traditions and secrets of Italian winemaking!

From harvesting grapes straight from the vines to experiencing the traditional way of pressing grapes, followed by a fascinating tour of modern winemaking techniques. 🍇

We enjoyed an amazing lunch, delicious local wines, and beautiful live guitar music throughout the experience. 🎸🍷

Surrounded by stunning vineyards, with views of the Abruzzo mountains and the Adriatic coast, this place is a little paradise! 🌿⛰️

What an incredible day exploring the magnificent Gran Sasso mountains with an amazing group of expats here in Abruzzo! ⛰️🥾💚

Beautiful weather, wonderful people, lots of laughter, fresh mountain air and breathtaking views. Feeling very grateful for days like this.

There is something so freeing about being in the mountains. You leave your everyday worries behind, breathe a little deeper, let go and simply enjoy being present. 🌿

The House Where Energy Flows💫

Sometimes I look around me and find it difficult to believe that this is truly my life.
Letto del Monte is not simply my business. It is my home, my sanctuary and my happy place!

I am deeply grateful for every person who enters the doors of Letto del Monte. Some stay for only one night, while others remain for longer, but everyone becomes part of the energy of this house. They arrive carrying their own stories, worries, hopes and experiences. Here, they can breathe a little more deeply, look at the mountains, walk through nature and allow themselves to slow down.

I hope that everyone leaves with new emotions, recharged batteries and greater peace of mind. If my home, my lifestyle or the way I have chosen to live can inspire even one person, I feel truly privileged to have been part of their journey.

To every person who has walked through these doors: thank you for becoming part of my life and for leaving a little of your light behind 💫🙏

My guests have taught me that hospitality is not only about offering someone a bed or a place to stay. It is about creating a space where people feel safe, peaceful and welcome.

🐝Bee Frequency – Where Art Meets Healing✨

What was once an ordinary, brown garage door has been transformed into a vibrant work of art that now welcomes everyone who visits Letto del Monte in Lettomanoppello, Abruzzo.

It has been an absolute honour to have this mural created by the incredibly talented street artist Mister Thoms , who generously shared his time, creativity, and heart to bring this vision to life.

Together, we named the piece
🐝 "Bee Frequency"—a play on words that reminds us to tune into the right frequency in life: to slow down, be present, create, connect, and appreciate the beauty around us.

He beautifully reflected both my work and my soul. The flowers become singing bowls, symbolising the sound healing sessions held here, while bees dance around them—tiny yet essential beings that gather pollen, create honey, and remind us that even the smallest acts can nourish the world.

Hidden within the mural is another deeply personal detail: a little cloud painted in memory of his beloved dog, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge after spending his final days with us. It is a quiet tribute to love that never truly leaves us.

One of the greatest gifts was that Mister Thoms invited me to paint alongside him, filling parts of the mural together. It unexpectedly brought back beautiful childhood memories of helping my own father, who was also an artist. For a moment, I felt like that little girl again, creating with wonder and joy.

This mural is more than decoration. It is a reminder that healing, art, nature, music, friendship, and love all vibrate at the same frequency when we allow ourselves to be fully present.

Today was one of those days that fills your heart.💦
An amazing hike with a wonderful group of expats to the beautiful San Giovanni Waterfall in Abruzzo. So much adventure, laughter, and nature, while reconnecting with friends I've met over the past few months and making new friendships along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who came and made the day so special—and to the talented bakers who brought the delicious cakes! You are all wonderful humans, and I'm so grateful to share these moments with you.
