“I Previtera fondarono scuole per l’educazione delle donne e furono tra i promotori della prima DOC Etna nel 1968 (la più antica di Sicilia e tra le prime in Italia), con la storica bottiglia Ragabo”, dunque una famiglia che da generazioni si occupa del territorio non solo dal punto di vista gastronomico ma anche culturale. Oggi Linguaglossa, con i suoi cinquemila abitanti, è un centro vitivinicolo e gastronomico in forte crescita, circondato da oltre duecento cantine e ristoranti, tra cui uno stellato. “Volevamo che Palazzo Previtera tornasse a essere parte attiva della vita culturale del paese”, spiega Alfio
