“E se ravvivassimo i giochi dell’acqua con delle ninfee galleggianti a pelo d’acqua?“, qualcuno domandò !

Ed ecco fatto.

Ninfee fiorite nella nostra fontanella, in attesa di colorati pesciolini rossi.

E i ricordi si moltiplicano e tornano indietro ad un’ infanzia beata, mentre si giocava nella fontana della villa comunale di Monopoli, a cercare di acchiappare guizzanti pesciolini rossi ...

Un angolo di poesia ritrovata .

And there you have it.

Blooming water lilies in our little fountain, waiting for colourful goldfish.

And memories multiply, taking us back to a blissful childhood, playing in the fountain at Monopoli’s town gardens, trying to catch the darting goldfish...

Sotto il sole cocente di questo maggio surriscaldato, la vasca d’acqua ci dà una sensazione di leggerezza e freschezza: meravigliosa anche come esperienza sensoriale.

È quiete e relax il suono dell’acqua che scorre e “...ci è dolce il naufragar, oltre i pensieri “. (cit. libera de "L’Infinito" di G.Leopardi).

Under the scorching sun of this sweltering May, the water basin gives us a sense of lightness and freshness: it is also a wonderful sensory experience.

E’ una prospettiva della masseria che ci colpisce sempre: per lo spettacolo delle piante in fiore, per la luce del cielo terso, per la serenità che evoca.

Fiori, colori ed essenze tutt’intorno, qui in masseria: se solo potessimo farvi sentire il profumo delicato del glicine, quello inebriante del mandarino in fiore, degli iris e di tutti i fiori sbocciati, saremmo felici di condividerli con tutti voi.

Finalmente la primavera è nell’aria: dal cielo terso azzurro ai primi fiori di ciliegio, dal primo sole caldo fino alla terra rossa, ancora profumata di acqua piovana. Tutto è risveglio, finalmente.

La pioggia copiosa sta rendendo l’erba un manto ancora più verde e brillante.
Tutto è luminoso e fragrante.
Una meraviglia essere qui, a godere di questo spettacolo.
