Nestled in the peaceful, green Monferrato hills, Tenuta Moncarlino boasts a long history. Once a hunting lodge for the noble Doria family, Paolo rediscovered it and saw its potential as a place where past and future could coexist in harmony.
The renovation, which began in 2010, was guided by one principle: preserving the soul of the estate. Original exposed brickwork and stonework blend with sustainable and modern features, including photovoltaic panels, reclaimed historical materials, and energy-efficient services. Every decision was made to enhance the spaces, not alter their character.
Today, the estate is a retreat where history, comfort, and sustainability converge. It is a place that not only tells the story of Monferrato, but also allows you to experience it. Silence, nature and authenticity are all part of the experience.

Mattoni e pietra a vista originali dialogano con soluzioni sostenibili e moderne, dai pannelli fotovoltaici ai materiali storici recuperati, fino ai servizi ad alta efficienza energetica. Ogni scelta è stata pensata per valorizzare gli spazi, non per cambiarne la personalità.
