la città dell'enogastronomia, è nel cuore della Valle d’Itria (Alberobello a 7km), ed è conosciuta per le “gnostre”, piccoli cortili tra le viuzze tortuose del centro storico, dove un tempo ci si riuniva per filare, sbucciare le fave fresche e chiacchierare. Qui, nel cuore di Noci le case sono in muratura bianco calce e i tetti sono costruiti con le “chiancarelle” di pietra calcarea. Durante tutto l'anno si succedono sagre gastronomiche ed eventi culturale che richiamano visitatori da tutta italia e dal mondo. Molte sono le specialità tipiche da provare, dai latticini alla carne, ai piatti di verdure e legumi. Numerosi i ristoranti nel centro storico che offrono ottima qualità e prezzi bassi. I vini poi sono il fiore all'occhiello del paese (Bacco nelle gnostre è una delle sagre più importanti) e si potranno degustare direttamente nelle case vinicole presenti in zona. Siamo a metà strada tra i due mari e a seconda del vento si può scegliere la spiaggia migliore. Noci è veramente in una posizione strategica per visitare tutta la Puglia, ma anche Matera con i suoi bellissimi e famosi "Sassi" è a soli 56km
