Anche in pieno Inverno si vedono decine di rondini volare intorno alla casa; segno che qui il clima è sempre molto mite. L'agriturismo Cà de runde offre un'accoglienza unica e confortevole nella riviera dei fiori, a due passi dalla costa azzurra. La casa è sulla collina, con una splendida vista sul mare, ad un chilometro dal centro di Ospedaletti e a 200 metri sul livello del mare. Pochi metri più
in alto inizia la macchia mediterranea e le prime alture delle Alpi marittime. La casa, completamente in pietra, è stata costruita nel 1816 e totalmente restaurata nel 2005. Gli appartamenti hanno una, due o tre camere da letto, sala da pranzo e servizi. Intorno alla casa, pergole e terrazze per rilassarsi e godere del panorama. Gli ospiti possono affittare gli appartamenti tutto l'anno, per un minimo di una settimana, da Sabato a Sabato. La nostra formula prevede un frigo ben fornito al vostro arrivo, con bibite e quanto necessario per la prima colazione (pane, latte, yougurt, biscotti, b***o, marmellate, corn flakes etc.), inoltre la possibilità di cenare sotto la pergola o nella veranda. Cà de Runde means The House of The Swallows. The swallows are flying around the house also in full winter and this is quite exceptional also in Italy. Unique, comfortable accommodation in the Riviera dei fiori, nearby the French Cote d’azur. The house is on the hill, looking to the sea, one Km. far from the village of Ospedaletti, contiguous with the Mediterranean wood. The house has been built in 1816 with local stones and has been completely renewed in 2005. Different parts of the house are connected with underground passages and the cellar and the pub are in a 200 year old water basin, completely built with stones. The three apartments have one or two bedrooms, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Outside of the house, nice pergolas to relax and enjoy the panorama. All the year round, guests can rent out the apartments for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Our formula includes a full fridge at your arrival with milk, yougurt, bisquits, muesly, marmelades, butter etc. to prepare by yourself a good breakfast in the morning and the possibility to have a nice dinner with local products in a warm and friendly atmosphere under the pergola.
