Located in the heart of Sicily, on the Iblei Mountains, a few miles away from Palazzolo Acreide , Villa Ananda is a traditional Mediterranean house, with 2 hectares land all around all for you where you will be able to switch off your daily routine!

Two rooms, one shared bathroom, and plenty of colour. 🌿✨

Perfect for two friends travelling together, two couples, or a family looking for a little more space while staying close.

The rooms are filled with textiles collected from villages in Northern Thailand, mixed with pieces designed and created by Valentina — each one adding its own story, colour and character.

🌿 CENA THAILANDESE IN VERANDA 🇹🇭

Torniamo dopo un po’ di pausa, con una delle nostre serate dedicate ai sapori dell’Asia, questa volta con una cena thailandese ad Ananda Villa.

Un menù pensato da noi, ispirato ai profumi e ai sapori della Thailandia, preparato con ingredienti freschi e servito in un’atmosfera conviviale e rilassata.

A Palazzolo, quando il sole tramonta, le serate iniziano a diventare più fresche… per questo abbiamo scelto di accogliervi nella nostra veranda, tra luci, lanterne e la campagna siciliana. 🌿✨

Over the years, this place has changed us in the most beautiful way.

Steve, a musician, and I, an architect, arrived here with our own passions — and slowly discovered new ones: hospitality, nature, growing our own food, creating, and sharing.

Today, we open our home to people from all over the world, welcoming them around our table and making them feel at home.

And honestly, seeing this little place become a meeting point for so many people, stories and cultures makes us incredibly happy. 🌿❤️

An evening of Indian flavours, warm conversations, laughter and music — bringing together people from different corners of the world around the same table.

From the first sip of lime & mint lassi to the last taste of cardamom and pistachio, every dish became part of the evening.

Different stories, different journeys, different places — connected, for one night, by food, curiosity and the pleasure of sharing.
