PROGRAMMA (con orari indicativi e da definire):
giorno1
- ore 15 arrivo in struttura, accoglienza, cocktail analcolico di benvenuto + sistemazione camere
- ore 17 workout (se bello il tempo all’aperto)
- ore 18:30 sessione relax al tramonto (stretching e respirazione)
- ore 20.30 cena (preferibilmente a buffet)
- ore 23.00 pratica della sera (relax)

- ore 7 risvegio muscolare( al chiuso)
-ore 8 colazione
- ore 10 p.g.+ allenamento con animali (anche all’aperto)
- 11.30 relax in piscina + spuntino della salute (frutta fresca e secca)
- ore 13.30 pranzo a sacco se c’è possibilità di fare una camminata nelle vicinanze, in qualche bosco o stradina di campagna.
- ore 16 lezione di auto massaggio viso/testa/collo/mani/piedi
- ore 18 pratica relax dedicata alla schiena * protezione
- ore 20:30 cena sensoriale (da concordare 3/4 portate in cui le partecipanti saranno bendate, dunque stabilire una portata da mangiare con le mani, una portata con la posata, una portata con entrambe le posate, e un dolce.)
