Casa vacanze tra mare, pineta e movida – con spazio esterno e ciclabile sotto casa
📍 Posizione ideale:
Appartamento in zona tranquilla a 50m dal mare con ampia spiaggia libera, affacciato su una pineta fresca e silenziosa e sulla strada parco con ben 6km di verdeggiante strada ciclabile, da cui si può raggiungere il centro città (3km) in 10 min con la bici,
perfetta anche per girare a piedi o con i monopattini elettrici che trovi ovunque in zona.

L'abitazione si affaccia sulla pineta ed è a 50 metri dal mare, in una zona tranquilla, senza smog ne frastuono, la notte si trasforma e prende vità data la presenza di locali notturni sulla costa di fronte,
un appartamento comodo e rilassante al piano terra, perfetto per chi cerca la praticità e la vicinanza a tutto ciò che rende Pescara viva e piacevole nei mesi estivi.
🌿 Spazio esterno privato:
All’ingresso dell’appartamento c’è uno spazio esterno esclusivo, dove puoi lasciare le bici, fare colazione all’aperto, sciaquarti al rientro dal mare e rilassarti. Essendo al piano terra, l'accesso è comodo e senza scale.
🎶🍸 Divertimento e movimento:
A pochi passi ci sono gli stabilimenti balneari con ristoranti, bar, campi da beach volley, basket, padel, e spesso anche musica dal vivo la sera.
A 10 minuti a piedi arrivi al centro città, pieno di locali, cocktail bar e gelaterie artigianali.
Sempre in zona trovi anche il Teatro del Mare (concerti, spettacoli), mercatini serali e street food la domenica sulla strada chiusa al traffico.
A breve distanza ci sono anche il porto turistico, lo Space Cinema, e il famoso Ponte del Mare, perfetto per godersi il tramonto.
Un giro nei dintorni
E' ben collegato dagli autobus:
- 3km dalla Stazione Ferroviaria;
- 3km dal Centro Città;
- 10km dall' Aeroporto;
- 5km dall' Ospedale;
Tutto è raggiungibile con il bus numero 38, la fermata più vicina è a 100 metri.

Abbiamo anche biciclette disponibili per l’affitto, se vuoi muoverti in libertà.
se vi piace camminare non dovrete usare l'auto, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e si trova in un raggio di 600 metri, come fare una passeggiata:

150 m - dall Ufficio Postale
50 m - dal mare spiaggia libera
100 m - da 3 dei locali notturni più attivi
50 m - dal Centro Sportivo con piscine, calcetto, pesi, spinning, benessere, fitness.
Inoltre siamo a disposizione per portavi e/o farvi da guida per gitè turistiche e/o gastronomiche in montagna ed in città, siamo a soli 40 km dalla montagna più vicina! (su richiesta)
(20 Euro in più per il trasporto di tutti gli ospiti, max 4 persone).
Prezzo da concordare per il servizio di guida turistica. ( divertimento assicurato, paesaggi mozzafiato, natura incontaminata, cibo casereccio e prelibato, da leccarsi le dita dei baffi ;D )

Nearby, there's also the Teatro del Mare (for concerts and shows), evening markets, and Sunday street food on a car-free road.
The marina, Space Cinema, and the iconic Ponte del Mare (perfect for sunset watching) are all close by too.
