La naturopatia è un approccio che guarda alla persona nella sua interezza, con l’intento di sostenere ciò che nel corpo cerca naturalmente equilibrio e armonia. Si fonda su un ascolto attento e su pratiche dolci, dove elementi come il contatto, le essenze, le manualità e le energie sottili diventano strumenti per favorire una ritrovata sensazione di centratura.

All’interno di questa sensibilità prende forma una nuova proposta ad A’mare Spa, che si apre a questo linguaggio con discrezione, trasformandolo in rituali essenziali e profondamente immersivi. Un insieme di esperienze che uniscono riflessologia plantare, fiori di Bach, oli essenziali, cristalli e momenti di consulenza dedicata, pensati per accompagnare la persona in uno stato di ascolto più profondo.

Le esperienze possono essere vissute come percorsi continuativi, per accompagnare nel tempo un processo più profondo e personale.

I trattamenti saranno disponibili su prenotazione, esclusivamente il venerdì, all’interno della Spa A’mare: uno spazio riservato e silenzioso, dove ogni esperienza viene accompagnata dalla presenza di una naturopata. Alcuni rituali potranno essere vissuti anche in coppia, per condividere un momento di connessione.

La proposta è aperta anche agli ospiti esterni, sempre su prenotazione.
