POV: You thought skiing was the hard part. 😂🎿

Plot twist: walking in ski boots is a whole different sport.

Still worth it for the mountain views, the fresh snow and everything that comes with a ski trip. 🏔️🤎

Planning a winter escape? 🏔️

Before you pack your skis, there are a few things worth thinking about:

🎿 Choosing the right dates
📍 Finding the right base for your ski days
⛷️ Planning equipment, lessons and the little details
🍷 Leaving time for good food and slow afternoons
🤎 Finding a place where you can truly unwind

Because the best mountain holidays aren’t just about the time spent on the slopes. They’re about the whole experience.

Save this checklist for your next winter escape.

There’s something about a holiday in the mountains. 🏔️

Fresh air.
Slow mornings.
Long days outside.
Good food.
Warm evenings.
And that feeling of having nowhere else to be.

Maybe that’s all we really need sometimes. 🤎

Skiing is only part of the experience…

Wake up slowly,
Spend the day on the slopes,
Come back to the quiet,
Relax,
Eat well,
Take your time…

A different kind of ski holiday, in a small mountain village just a short drive from Sestriere.

This is Chez’Alma. 🏔️

POV: you woke up in the Alps.

No alarm.
No rush.
Just mountains outside the window.

Breakfast slowly.
Ski the day away.
Come back to the quiet.

This is a winter morning at Chez’Alma. ❄️

Imagine waking up in the mountains with a whole winter day ahead of you. ❄️

Breakfast slowly.
A day on the slopes.
Lunch in the mountains.
Back to Chezal.
A warm bath.
Dinner.
And finally, the quiet.

This is our favourite way to spend a winter day.

Ski. Eat. Relax. Repeat.
