Villa Atena (Holiday House) is on 3 floors and the villa has 500sq.mt. with two separate and independent entrances, one main building dating back to XVIII Century, with portal and avenue colonnade originating. Villa Atena (Holiday House) is located in the center of Praiano, only 2 minutes from the little square where are located the typical local shops and from which you can take the bus ("Sita bus", "Positano-Praiano bus") to Positano, Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello... or to go downstairs to the sea. There are 2 separates flats of typical interior decoration, with a floor done in terracotta tiles or tiles with maiolica: a perfect mixture of old and modern style in respect of the environment. On the first floor there is a big apartment with two double bedrooms with a personal bathroom, walk-in-larder and mezzanine sea view with sofa bed, wide equipped kitchen (american coffee machine, fridge and freezer, electric oven, toaster, squeezer, dishwasher, washer machine...), large living area (with tv, stereo, dvd) with a big old style wood table where you will taste your dishes with an astounding view.

Every room has internet wi-fi.

All the rooms look out on a huge and breathtaking terrace with white benches majolica decorated, a barbecue and a big wrought iron table in Vietri ceramic where you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner while you enjoy the fantastic view.
On this terrace you can have a wonderful sunbathe on our comfortable deckchair. From the terrace you can go to the first level where there is a typical citrus plantation, a table tennis and telescope.

This apartment is accessed separately and represents an independent unit.

On the ground floor there is Dependance apartment, with a large double bedroom, bathroom with water massage shower, cooking corner and bright wide living room (with tv and comfortable sofa) with dining area opening to the large panoramic garden with solarium, open shower and original 19th Century well.

Every room has cold/hot air conditioning.

On the garden you will relax yourself, picking the fruits directly from the tree. Figs, cherries, peaches, grapes… enjoy all our fruits while having a beautiful sunbathe on our comfortable sun loungers, refreshing your body with a cold shower or getting some rest under the big parasol.

The Dependance apartment is accessed separately from a columned driveway dating back to XVIII Century, and represents an independent unit.

"L'accueil de Giulia au début du séjour et ses attentions (petits cadeaux de bienvenue ;) , sa disponibilité. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, très fonctionnel, clair, spacieux, propre, pratique avec une cuisine, etc. Beau jardin avec fauteuils pour en profiter.
