Costruita nel 1837 "Villa degli Ulivi" è una Casa Vacanza di lusso, una tipica Villa ligure con Torretta dalle persiane verdi e dai trompe l’oeil che riproducono sulle facciate stucchi, decorazioni e motivi floreali. "Villa degli Ulivi" era la tipica casa per le vacanze estive, ma anche il luogo dove frangere le olive provenienti dal terreno intorno alla Villa, composta da tre piani, tutti comuni

canti tra loro tramite una scala dell' 800 con scalini in ardesia e corrimano in ferro battuto. Al piano terra troviamo un ingresso che porta ad un ampio salone con caminetto funzionante, sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno. Al secondo piano troviamo 3 delle 4 camere da letto ognuna con il suo bagno di cui due con balconi in marmo e ferro battuto, proseguendo si arriva al terzo piano dove ci attende un grande e luminosissimo salone con biliardo, e la quarta camera matrimoniale anchessa con bagno. Salendo ancora si arriva alla Torretta, da dove è possibile nelle giornate più limpide scorgere la Francia e la Corsica.
