Not all hotel red flags are obvious. 🚩

Sometimes it’s “close to the city centre” that means an hour from everything, sometimes it’s free Wi-Fi that well, doesn’t work.

Sometimes it’s a room with all the essentials, but none of the personality And sometimes, it’s simply not feeling welcome when you walk through the door.

What’s your ultimate hotel red flag? 👀

Tell us in the comments.

⭐ 10/10

There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing our guests felt truly cared for.

“My husband and I stayed at Lilium during our first trip to Rome to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved our cozy room, the beautiful morning views, and the hotel’s convenient location.

When an unexpected accident damaged our luggage, the team quickly took care of it before we left. Accidents happen, but the way they handled the situation made all the difference.

We would absolutely stay at Lilium again on our next visit to Rome.”

Thank you for trusting us with such a special trip. We can’t wait to welcome you back. 🤍
